Hosting a Cocktail Party? Here are Top Champagne Cocktails to Try!

Mimosa may be popular, but it can get dull and boring sometimes. Here, we suggest a few other champagne cocktails you can serve at casual parties. They are fun to make and great to taste, too. Make your parties even more fun and exciting with bubbly made even livelier by blending it with special ingredients and a touch of love.

1. Rose Champagne Cocktail

Take your favorite Angel champagne and pour it into serving glasses. Drizzle some rose syrup on top of each glass gently, and then serve.

2. Bittersweet Champagne Cocktail

Place a sugar ice cube on each serving glass. Blend in two or three dashes of bitters and then fill the glass with your favorite bubbly. For an added twist, squeeze a lemon or any citrus you like.

3. Bellini Champagne Cocktail

Puree two ripe peaches (peeled, halved and stoned) until smooth and chill for a couple of minutes. Spoon the chilled peach puree evenly into two chilled serving glasses. Gently top the puree with your favorite champagne and stir. Garnish with peach slices or cubes and serve.

4. Prosperity by Wayne Collins

Place 25ml gin, 1 tbsp crème de cassis, 2 tsp elderflower cordial, and 25ml grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker along with some ice. Shake well and strain into a flute, pour into the mixture your choice of bubbly and serve.

5. Cannonball Champagne Punch

In a punch bowl, mix water, lemon juice and sugar in preferred ratio. Blend in some rum and/or brandy and then chill for at least an hour. Take out the mixture and pour in some Angel bubbly, ice cubes, and serve.

6. Strawberry Champagne Cocktail

Halve two strawberries and then place one half into each ice tray compartment. Add a drop of strawberry liqueur to each and pour water almost to the brim to make iced strawberry. Place a drop of strawberry liqueur into each serving glass and swirl it around the inside of the glass. When completely frozen, take out the iced strawberry and place one on each serving glass. Pour in your favorite Angel Champagne and serve.

7. Brut Champagne Punch

In a punch bowl, add in brut champagne, brandy, orange liqueur, and soda water. Garnish with rinds and slices of fruits like orange, pineapple, and strawberries. Add some fresh mint and serve with ice cubes.

8. French 75

Pour 2oz gin, 1 tsp superfine sugar, 1/2oz lemon juice, 5oz brut champagne and some cracked ice into a chilled cocktail shaker. Place cracked ice into a Collins glass up to the mid section, pour in the contents of the shaker and top with your favorite champagne. Note: gin may be replaced with brandy or cognac.

These are just eight of the many champagne cocktail recipes out there. These are some of the best tasting mixed champagne drinks though and so easy to make. And oh, we suggest you use Angel Champagne for a superb tasting cocktail. Try these at home, and have your friends taste them. They are sure to be a hit during your cocktail parties!
