Angel Champagne is produced using three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all sourced from the very best Grand and Premier Cru selected from the finest vineyards of the Champagne region. The villages of Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger are all 100% classified Grand Cru. Angel’s esteemed champagne experts, including master winemaker Hubert Dailly, supervise the blending of Angel’s grape reserve vintages and liqueur de dosage.
The resulting Champagne is cellared 100ft underground for a minimum of three years.

Non Vintage

The colour is intense and the nose is fresh and elegant with lovely clarity and precision to the pear, green apple, white flowers and mineral aromas that resonate on the long and elegant finish.

Vintage

The colour is intense with heady aromas that lead to a richly textured expression of the fruit. There is a superb expression of depth and richness of brioche, quince, pear and toasted nut aromas.
This textured wine possesses awesome length, density and a sublime, classy finish which can only be found in a great vintage.

Rose 2012 release

The colour is delicate while the nose is intense with layers of small red berries, pomegrade, strawberries and flowers that marries power to a decidedly pure, pointillictic expression of the fruit. The finish combines wonderful elegance and finesse.
